Transak has secured Money Transmitter Licenses (MTLs) in Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, South Carolina, and Vermont, bringing its total licensed U.S. states to ten. The expansion solidifies its position as a compliant fiat-to-crypto gateway, eliminating intermediary dependencies for faster, regulated transactions.

The company is enhancing its payment infrastructure with upcoming ACH acceleration and broader stablecoin support, including USDC, RLUSD, and USDG. Existing licenses in Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Illinois, and Missouri now FORM a strategic regulatory network for digital asset services.

This regulatory milestone enables direct fiat ramps across 450+ partner platforms, prioritizing user experience through jurisdictional compliance. Transak's infrastructure positions it as a critical enabler for fintech firms navigating the evolving U.S. crypto regulatory landscape.
